Printers at the Prep are now handled using a new service called PaperCut Mobility Print. This is a cloud-based print service that handles all of your print management and allows you to print from everywhere- even from outside of the school.
To activate your printers, you need to install PaperCut Mobility Print.
Step 1: Open the PaperCut Installer
Double-clickDouble click on the PC Mobility Print Install icon located on your desktop. If this icon is not located on your desktop, please download the installer at the link below, or contact Technology Services.
Click here to download the PC Mobility Print Installer if you cannot locate it on your Desktop
Step 2: Search for Printers
The installer will immediately begin searching for printers. If the installer gives an error indicating no printers could be found, please contact Technology Services.
Step 3: Select your Printers
Check off all of the printers you wish to use. These are normally your department printer and the Copy Center.
Step 4: Log In using your Google SJPrep Account
Log in using your name@sjprep.org email and Google EMail password.
FAQ: I am receivng the "Unavailable to find Printer List" Error. What do I do?
Please make sure that your computer is connected to the sjpschool wifi. The mobility print client can only work when it is connected to sjpschool. If you are cdonnected to the correct Wifi and you are still reciving this error, please contact Technology Services.
