How to Submit a Tech Support Request by Email


You can always create a Tech support request, or ask a question via email. ll support email should be sent to support@sjprep.freshdesk.com. This will ensure that your request is routed through our system and relayed to the correct channels.


When you submit your requests to this email, every member of the Technology Services team is notified of your request via email, and via an alert in our system.


This helps us better track and respond to your request. All email questions, comments, concerns, and requests should be sent to this email. You will be better supported using this email, as opposed to direct emails which may become lost our buried without reaching all members of our team.


How to Submit a Tech Support Request on the new Portal


The Technology Services Portal is a powerful tool for you to use when looking for Tech Support. If you don't find a solution to your problem in our Knowledge Base, then you can always submit a request directly on our website.


Simply click on the "New Support Ticket" link at the top of the portal website and fill out the form. This works exactly the same as sending an email to support@sjprep.freshdesk.com. You do not need to submit your request in both ways, one will suffice.

Checking the Status of Your Ticket


You can always check the status of your submitted tickets by logging in with your Prep Email and visit the "Tickets" page, where all of your submitted tickets either through email or the website, will be listed.
